Finite Element Analysis, carried out using ANSYS software, is an essential phase of the design stage where a simulation study is executed for the parts that are to be produced by rotomolding. In doing so, we attain crucial information about the following issues in advance:

It helps us determine the most suitable wall thickness of the part.

It assists in detecting stresses and displacements in the current design and allots geometrical changes.

It demonstrates the extent of thermal resistance of a product under varied temperatures. As a result of these thermal changes, we can re-engineer subsequent design based on the dimensions of the displacements in advance.

It enables us to see the displacement and stress values of the assembled parts and to make the necessary changes.
